A good salesman can sell anything
‘Salesmen are actors’ is an expression we all come across at some time or another. This seems to apply in some cases, but the opposite is true of a good salesman. Preparing for a meeting, studying the client or prospect, starting the dialogue, concluding it, and so on – mastering all this requires more than acting. The candidate’s personality is definitive, and therefore the deciding factor. This has been our speciality for 17 years.
Fast and dependable
The way we work is characterized by:
- filling your vacancy quickly
- in 85% of cases, the right person straightaway
- honest and clear advice
- rates determined in advance
- guarantees

Sales • recruitment
Your sales department An in-depth intake interview forms the basis of a successful procedure. We also prefer to accompany your account manager for part of the day. We can only find the right candidate if we have the right frame of reference.
Recruitment With a package of print and on-line media that corresponds with the commercial vacancy and our own database, we play on the (latent) job seeker’s curiosity. We also focus on ‘the rough diamond’. This is why we recruit widely and look beyond the hard criteria alone. |

Sales • selection and development
Selection In the first place, we expect candidates for sales positions to possess initiative and to be highly motivated. During a process lasting 5 to 6 weeks, we demand a great deal from them.
Obstacles As it is impossible to determine someone’s personality from their CV, we begin by making acquaintance with candidates on an individual or unique group basis. This is followed by a comprehensive assessment, which is related to the relevant commercial standards and focuses on the competences that define success for the specific sales position in your company, for instance drive, entrepreneurship and ability to cope with stress. The last step is a future-orientated selection interview. Naturally, we also investigate references as part of the process.
The match You and your organisation are central to the whole procedure. The combination of motivation, matching the candidate to your organisation, and ensuring that he or she fits in with your company’s culture make all the difference. Together with you we achieve the right match between you, your organisation and your new sales employee. |
