The ROI story of OAMKB

Up-to-date insight into figures and results for every SME company!
This was Pascale Petiet’s approach to founding OAMKB in 2011. With an accountancy background, Pascale quickly discovered that the service to SMEs could be better.

Until then, entrepreneurs received the figures for the past year from their accountant or administrative office at the beginning of each year. After all, you cannot adjust afterwards!
That had to be done differently and better.

Sales and Finance

At that time, I came into contact with Pascale. She needed an external party who could help her grow her business by attracting new partners. Originally a specialist in sales positions, Velde also had extensive experience with finance vacancies. This was an excellent combination for her and the cooperation was born!

Pascale chose a model with self-employed entrepreneurs. After all, an entrepreneur understands best what another entrepreneur experiences and moves. In addition, it stimulates mutual cooperation; by helping each other you get further.

The next step

Smart software can automate up to 70% of the administration of SMEs. This saves time and money but above all ensures faster processing of data and monthly figures so that adjustments can still be made in time. This became the core of the services performed by the business consultant.

As OAMKB partners build a relationship of trust with their clients, they are also increasingly presented with other issues. However, most financial specialists want to focus primarily on their own area of expertise: finance. Time to broaden the service provision with new partners; the business coach!

For example, OAMKB launched the new Business Coaches branch in 2020.

More than 100 partners

Using a 7-step plan, the business coach works with the entrepreneur toward greater efficiency, better returns and ultimately a better organization. This process also ensures that the company becomes less dependent on the DGA by also encouraging the employees to take more independence and responsibility. In this way, we do not work for the company but on it!

With more than 100 partners by the end of 2020, OAMKB is now a mature organization. Its name is being mentioned and recognized more and more often. Of all the businesses in the Netherlands, most are in the SME segment. As a result, there is also ample room for OAMKB to grow further.

Collaboration

In all the years that I, together with colleague Yenthl School, have had the opportunity to work with OAMKB, we are constantly looking for the right candidate profiles to match. and organize informative -digital- meetings to see if the mutual match and click is there. Because we have access to a large group of candidates from various sectors and out-of-the-box thinking, we have now found more than 50 partners for OAMKB.
