Your task
As Manager Sales & Service, you will lead the continued growth and professionalisation of Thetford’s business in the DACH region. You will take a hands-on approach to manage sales, customer service and back-office operations, bringing focus and structure while coaching the team to achieve stronger results. You will remain closely involved in day-to-day operations, support complex customer enquiries and strengthen relationships with key accounts. In doing so, you will build a future-ready organisation prepared for the next stage of digitalisation.
After 1 year, you will have achieved 5% revenue growth across existing key accounts, secured at least three new multi-year contracts and ensured that the main accounts and decision-makers are systematically recorded and managed in the CRM system. The team will work according to clear agreements, take greater ownership and have a concrete improvement plan in place, covering the market, portfolio and processes. In this way, you will make an important contribution to Thetford’s ambition.

Whether it concerns sanitation, refrigeration, cooking or maintenance, every solution is specifically designed for mobile use and developed around the realities of travelling by motorhome, caravan, boat or campervan. In this way, Thetford helps users travel more comfortably, intelligently and sustainably.
By the end of 2027, Thetford aims to launch Thetford Connect: one integrated, real-time app for sanitation, refrigeration and energy. The app will give users clear insight into consumption and system status, enabling them to travel off-grid with greater comfort and control.

This will provide a strong foundation for Thetford Germany and support your progression towards broader commercial, regional or general management responsibilities.
